Luby Equipment Services recently announced that the company has acquired the assets of H Edwards Equipment, which had been the Case dealer for light equipment in the Caseyville area for many years. With this acquisition, Luby is the authorized dealer for the full line of Case products for Calhoun, Jersey, Randolph, Madison, Monroe and St Claire counties. The entire staff of H Edwards Equipment, including service, sales and parts personnel, is now part of the Luby team.

“With this acquisition, we can sell all models in the Case construction line,” said Bob Luby, president and CEO of Luby Equipment Services. “H Edwards Equipment customers can continue working with their current sales and services contacts. We expect the transition will be very smooth, and we are excited to grow our staff with these new, experienced personnel.”

The two locations will be consolidated into Luby’s Caseyville branch at 8853 Petroff Drive (NE corner of Highways 64 and 157) where Luby’s growth in recent years has been driven by exceptional service support along with equipment sales.

Earlier this year, Luby Equipment Services was named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction as a part of its 2014 Partnership Program. As a Case dealer since 1992, Luby’s recognition as a high-performing dealership has been achieved by embracing the concept of delivering “Stronger Products, Stronger People, and Stronger Support,” according to the company.

Only 13 of the over 75 Case dealers nationwide have been awarded Diamond Dealer status.
