Luby Equipment Services has been named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction as a part of its 2014 Partnership Program. As a Case dealer since 1992, Luby’s recognition as a high-performing dealership has been achieved by embracing the concept of delivering “stronger products, stronger people, and stronger support.”

“I am proud to have achieved this designation as a Diamond status dealer,” said Bob Luby, president and CEO of Luby Equipment Services. “It indicates that we have demonstrated the leadership and dedication necessary to grow the Case brand and have excelled in the role of professional partner with our customers.”

Luby has lived up to Case’s brand promise through every aspect of its business: hiring the right people, delivering a differentiated level of service in market, and building enduring relationships with customers. Only 13 of the more than 75 Case dealers nationwide have been awarded Diamond Dealer status.

By adhering to the motto of “Equipment is Our Product, Service is our Business” Luby has reached significant Case market share increases in several categories. Luby has improved its product support services by providing 24 hour parts deliveries, onsite technician availability, the necessary amount of service vehicles, and continued extensive training for parts, service, and management personnel.
