Manitowoc is showcasing its latest aftermarket products and service solutions at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026, underscoring its commitment to crane performance throughout the entire machine lifecycle. Building on its "Big and Bold" theme for the show, the company highlighted the strength and depth of its customer support capabilities.

"Customer support is central to our success," said Matt Wong, vice president of customer support of The Manitowoc Company Inc. "Crane owners rely on our products, technologies and services to push the boundaries of performance, and we are committed to supporting them from delivery through years of operation. At ConExpo 2026, we're demonstrating our evolution from a product-focused company into a customer-centric business, delivering a full suite of lifting services to grow our aftermarket presence while providing the support, tools and expertise customers need to increase their return on invested capital."

The company's comprehensive customer support portfolio integrates workforce training, digital connectivity, lifecycle solutions, maintenance and reliability tools to support long-term job site success, according to Manitowoc.

Grove Connect

A key pillar of this approach is Grove Connect, Manitowoc's digital service platform, which is being showcased at ConExpo 2026. The platform enables real-time remote diagnostics, software updates, operational alerts and remote troubleshooting actions. Using 4G or Wi-Fi connectivity, it allows Manitowoc and its service partners to proactively support customers, reducing unnecessary site visits, minimizing unplanned downtime and increasing overall machine value.

Training, Workforce Enablement

Investments in technician-focused service solutions remain a central element of Manitowoc's service strategy. At ConExpo 2026, the company is showcasing its Mobile Training and Technological Center — a trailer-based classroom available across North America to dealers for effective on-site training of local technicians.

Maintenance, Reliability Tools

Manitowoc also is highlighting a range of service tools designed to improve maintenance efficiency in the field.

Among these are the boom grease spray set and boom lubrication kit, engineered to streamline routine boom lubrication, making it faster, cleaner and more consistent on the job site. The solutions ensure even grease distribution, reduced wear, less stick-slip behavior and protection against corrosion, helping extend boom service life.

Also on display is the DIN hydraulic pressure test kit, a compact, ready-to-use diagnostic solution that allows technicians to quickly and accurately measure hydraulic pressures to ensure peak performance on Grove GMK cranes. The all-in-one kit delivers faster troubleshooting and more precise service interventions, according to Manitowoc.

Another service product on show was the wire rope cleaner and re-greaser kit, a portable system that cleans and re-lubricates wire ropes in a single operation. Developed to support easy and efficient rope maintenance and tested in Manitowoc's product verification center (PVC), the solution helps improve rope longevity, reliability and operational safety.
