Monroe Tractor announced the opening of its newest facility in Campbell, N.Y.
This new facility, located on Route 415, is centrally positioned to serve Monroe Tractor's construction and agricultural customers in the Southern Tier region of New York State and replaces two previous locations in Horseheads, N.Y., and Hornell, N.Y.
“Horseheads, N.Y., was our construction equipment facility and Hornell, N.Y., served our agricultural customers,” said Kris Bower, branch manager. “By combining these two former locations into our new facility in Campbell, N.Y., we were able to join our resources and manpower and better serve all categories of customers.”
Monroe Tractor customers will still see the same familiar faces ready to serve their needs, including, among others, Bower and District Sales Manager Scott McQuay.
All employees have been cross-trained to deal with all agricultural and construction products offered at the Campbell, N.Y., facility. The goal is to have every employee as well-versed in the operation of a Case compact tractor as they are in a LeeBoy paver, according to the company.
For the construction market, Monroe Tractor offers the complete line of Case earthmoving equipment, LeeBoy small to mid-sized paving products, Wirtgen commercial paving and milling machines, Hamm compaction equipment, Kleemann crushing and screening plants, as well as a broad assortment of equipment attachments.
Monroe Tractor's new location features a large, fully-stocked parts warehouse, showroom and parts counter. The service department has four bays with a 5-ton overhead crane and an environmentally compliant wash bay. The new location also offers easy interstate access and a vastly expanded equipment yard.
