Monroe Tractor announced Alicia Jacobson as new parts director. Jacobson joins Monroe Tractor after spending 17 years building a career in the automotive parts industry.

Beginning as a counter representative, she advanced into managing her own store before transitioning to territory sales and later overseeing multiple locations throughout the Rochester area. Her experience in parts operations, sales and leadership brings knowledge that will support Monroe Tractor's continued growth, according to the company.

As parts director, Jacobson will work closely with the company's directors and parts teams across all locations to drive parts sales, improve margins, increase operational efficiencies and continue building parts departments that provide exceptional support to customers, according to Monroe Tractor.

Since joining Monroe Tractor, Jacobson has been traveling to branch locations to meet team members and learn more about each operation as she transitions into her new role.

"Ultimately, my goal is for Monroe Tractor to be the easiest company for customers to do business with," said Jacobson. "We want our customers to know that we care about their success and are committed to finding the right solution for their needs. Whether they're looking for parts for the brands we represent or equipment brands outside our portfolio, our focus is on saying 'yes' whenever possible to help keep their operations running."

"Alicia's [Jacobson] depth of experience in parts operations and team leadership will be a tremendous asset to Monroe Tractor," said Chris Felosky, president of Monroe Tractor. "Her focus on continuous improvement and commitment to building strong teams aligns perfectly with our mission to provide outstanding support to our customers."
