More than 2,750 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in North East, Md., on June 9.

Bidders came from 49 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Approximately 88 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Bolivia, Venezuela, China, Japan, Egypt, Turkey, Spain and the Netherlands. Online bidders purchased approximately 49 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

Close to 2,600 equipment items and trucks were sold in the auction, including more than 110 compactors, 70 excavators, 45 crawler tractors, 35 loader backhoes, 25 wheel loaders, 45 boom lifts, 45 scissor lifts, 50 dump trucks, 30 forklifts, 40 truck tractors, 230 trailers, 65 pickup trucks and more.For more information, please visit www.rbauction.com.
