Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. Inc., in Gering, Neb., has achieved a SATISFYD award. Each year, SATISFYD surveys customers on their experience in the parts and service departments of nearly 1,000 agriculture and construction dealers. They base rankings on numerous questions proposed to customers. One question is, “Would you recommend this dealership to others?”

This year, the service department at the Gering, Neb., branch location, located on Highway 92, was recognized as winning sixth place, in overall customer satisfaction.
