Murphy Tractor & Equipment hosted a customer appreciation event at its Cranberry, Pa., branch on Dec. 12. Contractors, maintenance officials and crews from local townships were provided useful information while enjoying lunch and an opportunity to catch up with Murphy Tractor & Equipment representatives in a relaxed setting.

The event was held as a way to thank area customers for their continued business and also share information about the latest equipment and technologies designed to maximize productivity and profits. In addition to the sales and service staff from Murphy Tractor and Equipment, factory representatives from John Deere along with representatives from several equipment and technology vendors were on hand to share information about their products and services.

Featured at the event was the JDLink, a system that provides remote detailed reporting on a given machine such as location, fuel consumption, machine hours, equipment utilization, and maintenance reminders and diagnostics. There are three John Deere JDLink options available to meet a variety of work site requirements.
