Neal Manufacturing Company of Villa Rica, GA, has acquired a 7,622-square-meter (82,050 sq. ft.) facility in Carrollton, GA, which will house both the manufacturing and office operations for its asphalt paving, sealcoating and hot tack equipment business.

In operation since 1977, Neal Manufacturing currently operates out of its Villa Rica location, and has seen its business grow steadily to the point where the company has outgrown its present facilities.

“Over the last few years our production capability has been restricted due to the limited size of our current manufacturing plant,” said Harold Neal, president of Neal Manufacturing. “The new 9.2-acre facility will enable us to increase current production to meet the demand for Neal equipment. While we’ve continued our research and development of new products, we’ve been limited in our ability to bring this equipment to the market because of lack of sufficient space in which to produce it. We have definitely eliminated that problem with this new acquisition.”
