NY Dealer Expands Sterling Territory

July 14, 2004 - Northeast Edition
Construction Equipment Guide

For many years in New York State, Tracey Road Equipment has provided Sterling Trucks to the Capital District (Albany area) and central NY (Syracuse area). Recently, the company closed the gap between the two areas by now offering Sterling trucks in the Utica, Mohawk Valley and southern Adirondacks regions of New York State.

According to Scott Collins, Tracey Road Equipment vice president of sales & marketing, “For decades, our name has become synonymous throughout most of upstate New York with Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling, Sprinter, Oshkosh and Unimog trucks. The addition of the Sterling truck name to our lineup in the Utica area and the Mohawk Valley is a huge plus for our customers and all truck users in the region. Along with the rights to sell Sterling trucks in the region comes a serious commitment to supporting those customers with parts and service better than they’ve been served in years.”

Tracey Road Equipment’s new territory includes Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Chenango, Herkimer, Lewis, Oneida and Otsego counties. For more information, call 800/872-2390.
