The Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association (OAIMA) will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting and Trade Show Nov. 19–20, 2026, at the Hilton at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. Former NFL quarterback, entrepreneur and broadcaster, Joe Theismann, will serve as the event's keynote speaker.

The meeting will bring industry professionals together to connect with peers, explore industry trends and visit trade show exhibits. According to OAIMA, the conference has experienced record attendance in recent years and now features 100 booths and more than 700 attendees.

Theismann's career spans professional football, broadcasting and business. A University of Notre Dame standout and Heisman Trophy runner-up, he began his professional career with the Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts before joining Washington. He led Washington to victory in Super Bowl XVII and earned the NFL's Most Valuable Player award in 1983. He also received the NFL's Man of the Year honor in 1982 for his community service.

After a severe leg injury ended his playing career in 1985, Theismann built a career as a football analyst and entrepreneur. His speaking presentations draw on those experiences to share strategies for adapting to unforeseen change. He also is the author of How to Be a Champion Every Day, released in 2020.
