Paint Valley Equipment has been awarded the dealership of Yanmar compact excavators, compact wheel loaders and carriers in Ohio.
Lee Miller, sales manager, said he is enthusiastic about bringing the product line on and felt the addition better positions Paint Valley Equipment to serve its long standing customers.
Paint Valley Equipment was started in 1984. According to Miller, the decision to add a new equipment line was driven largely by the lack of available good used compact equipment.
The Yanmar line is the company’s first venture into new equipment sales and Miller said he did his homework before choosing Yanmar, speaking with both dealers and customers to learn about the line.
Miller noted he was impressed with Yanmar’s standard equipment offerings such as the hydraulic quick coupler and features like the true zero tail swing and large operator station.
Miller also noted that the Yanmar compact excavators offer high fuel efficiency and are smooth and quiet to operate and are among the quickest operating units that he’s run.
According to Miller, the Yanmar line complements the company’s operation, which is now able to provide a greater range of options for its existing clients while attracting new customers.
