Paladin has appointed Mats Ceder to the position of vice president, general manager for its Demolition & Recycling Division, effective Jan. 1, 2009. Ceder replaces Bruce Bacon, who recently resigned to pursue other interests.

Paladin Demolition & Recycling is headquartered in Superior, Wis., and produces construction attachment products under the brand name of Genesis Attachments.

Ceder joined Paladin in early 2008 as its director of business development in Paladin’s Heavy Construction Division. Prior to joining Paladin, he has worked with some highly respected companies, including Parker Hannifin and Rexroth. During his career, Ceder has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and general management as well as operational assignments.
