Virtually every year, Penn-Jersey Machinery sponsors the luncheon keynote speaker at the annual Utility & Transportation Contractors Association Convention and Trade Show. This year, appropriately enough, Pat Buchanan, former Reform Party presidential candidate and famed political commentator, offered his thoughts and strategies of the rapidly approaching election.
