John Goleskie, product support manager of the On-Highway Division of Foley Inc., has announced that Paul Kizmann has accepted the position of On-Highway shop manager.
In his new position, Kizmann’s responsibility is to provide effective overall leadership to the service operation. He will be involved in planning, developing, and organizing an effective and efficient work force to meet customers’ needs.
In addition, he will promote customer relations, safe work practices, efficient operational procedures and quality work.
Kizmann began his career as an apprentice for Mi-Jack Products Inc. in 1982. He became a technical service representative, and was later promoted to operations manager of the Northeast Region.
In 1996, Kizmann moved on to Prevost Car Inc., as a service manager and then as a relocation project manager. The most recent position he held was branch manager.
Foley Inc. is a Caterpillar dealer with locations in North Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda.
