Pine Bush Equipment Holds Charity Golf Tournament

Representing Pine Bush Equipment’s “Team Connecticut” (L-R) are Don Engel of GEM Attachments, and Lee Ellsworth, Bob Galla and Kevin Keroack, all of East PBE. The construction industry in the Hudson Valley stands united to conquer cancer. A Chinese auction with items donated by Pine Bush Equipment vendors and area businesses assisted in the golf tournament raising more than $28,000. Kevin Keroack, general manager of East PBE, takes a few moments on the driving range. A few moments on the driving range gave participants an opportunity to loosen up after a brutally long New York State winter. Many local businesses were eager to support the Pine Bush Equipment golf outing. (L-R) are Ken Wallace of J.O. Wallace & Company; Mike Finn of West Fair Electric; Dennis Salvucci of Staples Distribution; Mark Anthony of Staples Distribution; and Jay Antho Silent auction items were awarded to the highest bidder and included items such as Mets and Yankee tickets, Striper fishing charter with Dirty Jim Boniface, and other intriguing items. In addition to preparing the course, the town of Wallkill Golf Club served up a tasty meal for all the participants. Jim Boniface (L) and Carl Sherman handled distribution of the many door prizes that were donated. Rumor has it that next year’s celebrity participants will include Chase Elliott and Ron Capps from Team NAPA Racing.

Pine Bush Equipment held its 8th annual golf tournament May 15 at the Town of Wallkill Golf Club. This charity golf event donates all proceeds to the American Cancer Society; this year’s event raised $28,000.

In addition to all of the participants, Pine Bush Equipment gives a special thanks to the events sponsors, including Kubota, Komatsu, Wells Fargo, TAG Manufacturing, Gorilla Hammers and many other vendors, manufacturers and private individuals who made donations.
