Donald Oaks (L) of BDS Truck & Equipment Sales and Daniel DeLaTorre strategize over where they’ll place their bids. It was a family affair as the father and son team of Dexter Johnson Jr. and Sr. of Dexter Johnson Construction look to add a piece of equipment to their fleet. Customers are ready to watch the parade of equipment up for bid. Edward Walker (L) of Roberts Bobcat and Robert Becker of Becker’s Bobcat & Dump Truck Service are all smiles during the sale. Sean Swanson (L) of Swanson Backhoe Inc. and Richard Scott of Scott Equipment take a break from the auction action. Eddie Araujo (L) of Horizon Crane and Josh Methling of Curtis Drilling Company are enjoying the California sunshine during the WCA sale.

WCA held a public sale April 14 in Perris, Calif. Highlights of the sale included a 2002 Caterpillar 966G Series II wheel loader that sold for $90,000, a 2005 Case 621D wheel loader that brought in $52,500 and a 1999 Kawasaki 80Z IV-2 wheel loader that was won with a bid of $45,000.
