Purple Wave Auction announced Brian Fischer as the new district sales director for Ohio eastern Indiana and Detroit. With 20 years in construction equipment sales Fischer will lead the Buckeye region team to drive growth build relationships and support buyers and sellers in agriculture construction government and fleet industries.

Purple Wave Auction announced Brian Fischer has joined the company as a district sales director for Ohio, eastern Indiana and Detroit.

Purple Wave Auction hosts online, no-reserve equipment auctions serving the agriculture, construction, government and fleet industries, providing customers with opportunities to buy and sell equipment with confidence.

As district sales director, Fischer will lead and develop a team of territory sales managers across Purple Wave's Buckeye region, driving growth through strategic leadership, coaching and market development initiatives. He will foster strong relationships with regional leaders and operational teams while collaborating closely with the enterprise accounts team to ensure a coordinated approach for customers within the enterprise accounts program.

Fischer brings 20 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, where he owned two Volvo equipment rental franchises in Cincinnati and Dayton. After selling the businesses, he held multiple roles before transitioning to Bush Truck in Mason, Ohio, as the national vice president of sales of the rental division. Most recently, he worked for Michelin, where he worked with dealers, fleets and construction companies in the Great Lakes and Northeast regions.
