Quanta Services Acquires Mustang Line Contractors and Okay Construction Company

Quanta Services Inc. has acquired Mustang Line Contractors Inc., and Okay Construction Company. For fiscal year 2002, the two companies, which serve the electric utility industry, are expected to produce annualized revenues of more than $12 million.

Mustang, based in Spokane, WA, installs and maintains high voltage transmission lines. It serves utility customers throughout the western United States

Okay is based in Princeton, MN, and provides construction services for power

distribution systems in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
