Lee Pearson has been promoted to product support sales manager of Ransome CAT, headquartered in Bensalem, Pa. Pearson will be reporting to Cliff Barnes, general manager of product support.

Pearson has been with Ransome CAT for more than five years as a business analyst, 6 Sigma Master Black Belt and manager of machine marketing. In his new role, he will be responsible for nine product support representatives who are charged with providing customer support and maximizing parts and service sales throughout Ransome CAT’s territory.

Pearson also will work to develop and enhance marketing programs with customers and Caterpillar to ensure service and support for all Caterpillar machine owners.
