A rainy morning in Lebanon, Tenn., didn’t keep Danny Stewart (L) and Bobby Ingram of D.J.’s Rental in Columbia, Tenn., from their job of searching for dozers to add to their rental fleet. Chris McCorkle of D & A Sand and Gravel in Wedowee, Ala., test operate a Komatsu PC200LC. Jonathan Rodriquez (L) and his father Armando Rodriguez of Courtyards By Elio/Elio Custom Pools in Nashville, Tenn., are interested in this Deere 240DLC excavator for digging pools. Dewain Ritchason (L), president of Ritchason Auctioneers greets his customers and friends including Darren Cleary of Cleary Construction in Tompkinsville, Ky. David McCraw of Classics Equipment, based in Cadiz, Ky., opens up a Deere 200CLC excavator for a complete inspection. Jamie Turner (driver), of Turner Enterprises, Smithfield, Tenn., cruises the equipment yard with family and friends (and a family dog) in his stretch Polaris 4-wheeler.

Ritchason Auctioneers drew a crowd of bidders at its onsite auction at the company’s headquarters facility in Lebanon, Tenn., on Sept. 21. The weather was not ideal, but it did not hamper the crowd ready to find bargains.

During the morning announcements, Dewain Ritchason, president of Ritchason Auctioneers, reminded the crowd of the upcoming online auction on Oct. 24 through 29. Daniel Pruitt, operations manager of Ritchason, also recognized and thanked the nearly 100 consignors during his morning comments.
