Ritchie Bros. Hosts Multi-Million Dollar Auction in Chicago

More than 2,650 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros.’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Chicago, on Dec. 11.

More than 2,650 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros.’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Chicago, on Dec. 11.

Bidders came from 42 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Approximately 62 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Poland, Nigeria and India. Online bidders purchased approximately 58 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

More than 2,000 equipment items and trucks were sold in the auction, including excavators, compactors, dozers, wheel loaders, trailers, truck tractors and more.
