Closner Equipment has been appointed the dealer for Roadtec products for a large area of Texas. Closner has been in business for 64 years and specializes in asphalt, concrete, and compaction machinery.

Closner Equipment will be responsible for 118 counties in Texas. Its territory includes the “IH35 Corridor” and west Texas. Major cities included are Dallas, Ft. Worth, Waco, Austin, San Antonio, Laredo, McAllen, San Angelo and Midland. Other areas of Texas, such as Houston, East Texas, El Paso and the Texas Panhandle remain the direct responsibility of Roadtec.

Roadtec cold planers, Shuttle Buggy MTV’s, and the new line of soil stabilizers will be available through Closner. Closner also will market Roadtec pavers in north Texas.

Closner Equipment is headquartered in Schertz, Texas, and also operates a branch in Austin, Texas. Closner Equipment is led by Bennett Closner, who recently completed his term as the 2009 chairman of the Associated Equipment Distributors.
