Roland Machinery Adds Jesuit as General Manager

Roland Machinery Company has hired James Jesuit as general manager — Chicago division.

With more than 23 years working in construction equipment wholesale and retail, Jesuit will be in charge of overall management sales, service, parts and operations for Roland Machinery —Chicago division’s three branches in Bolingbrook, Marengo and Portage, Ill.

In addition, he will be responsible for the overall customer relations through sales and product support for Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

“With my years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing and dealership operations, I expect to grow the customer relations by exceeding customer expectations,” Jesuit said. “This includes response time, reducing downtime, and remaining competitive in the marketplace. I would like to grow market share in the down economy by increasing our salesmen’s coverage and awareness.”
