Mike McNamara has accepted the position of sales manager of the Chicago division of Roland Machinery Co. (RMC).
McNamara has been employed with RMC for seven years as a major account manager. He brings with him 22 years of industry experience in the marketplace.
McNamara has been involved with several facets of the construction industry, beginning with summer time employment on a paving crew during his teenage/college years. He then moved into managing large scale infrastructure projects in and around Chicago, prior to transitioning into machinery sales.
According to Roland, McNamara has been challenged in his career with RMC to develop relationships with key major accounts in the Chicago market and has been very successful in accomplishing these goals.
McNamara has been able to secure business with Brandenburg, Vulcan, Hanson, Walsh and many other large players.
