Schwarze Industries unveiled its all-new lineup of S-Series machines at the National Pavement Expo in Nashville, Tenn.

“Our goal at Schwarze is to stay a leader in the industry by listening to our customers and making our products more productive, more efficient, and more economical,” said Raymond Massey, director of sales and marketing of Schwarze. “And the all new S-Series does just that. The new S-Series sweeper lineup consists of three models: the S235, S335 and S350. These models provide a targeted solution to any of today’s parking lot sweeping needs: from low clearance parking garage applications of the S235, economical open lot litter sweeping of the S335, to the demanding power sweeping capability of the S350 for heavy duty construction sweeping, according to the manufacturer.

Standard features on all models include the Whisper Wheel blower fan, the “Sweeps in Reverse” blast and suction pickup head, and a pressurized dust control system.

The Schwarze Model S235 is a single engine, hydraulically operated parking lot sweeper mounted on a .75 ton (.7 t) gasoline powered conventional chassis. It is designed to provide a cost effective solution for today’s value driven shopping center maintenance client.

The S235 features a 2 cu. yd. (1.5 cu m) debris hopper with container dumping ability, Whisper Wheel blower fan, 16 in. (40.6 cm) diameter poly gutter broom, 81 in. (205.7 cm) wide blast and suction “Sweeps in Reverse” pickup head, pressurized dust control system and large toolbox/storage compartments.

The Schwarze Model S335 is a single engine, hydraulically operated parking lot sweeper mounted on a 14,500 lb. (6,577 kg) GVWR Isuzu NPR-HD cab forward chassis.

The S335 features a 4.5 cu. yd. (3.4 cu m) debris hopper with container dumping ability, Whisper Wheel blower fan, 26 in. (66 cm) diameter vertical steel gutter broom, 82 in. (208 cm) wide blast and suction “Sweeps in Reverse” pickup head, pressurized dust control system and large toolbox/storage compartments.

Reduced operation costs are quickly realized by lower fuel consumption requirements as well as costs associated with maintenance of an auxiliary engine, according to the manufacturer.

The Schwarze Model S350 is a twin-engine power sweeper capable of heavy duty sweeping applications. Mounted on a 14,500 lb. (6,577 kg) GVWR Isuzu NPR-HD cab forward chassis, the S350 is available in two different power packages: The XL and the XP.

The S350 features a 4.5 cu. yd. debris hopper with container dumping ability and either a 51 (XL) or 61 (XP) hp (38 or 45 kW) Perkins diesel auxiliary engine, 28 (XL) or 30 (XP) in. (71 or 76 cm) diameter Whisper Wheel blower fan, 39 in. (99 cm) diameter vertical steel gutter broom, 82 in. wide blast and suction “Sweeps in Reverse” pickup head, pressurized dust control system and large toolbox/storage compartments.
