The phrase “Heavy-Duty Commitment” is a part of the Scott Equipment logo. These words certainly rang true on May 8 as the company hosted an open house event at its Memphis, Tenn., location to celebrate the company’s 75th anniversary.

The anniversary event was held to say “thank you” to its valued customers and convey Scott Equipment’s appreciation for the communities it serves and for the dedication of its employees. Plenty of equipment was on display, and the crowd enjoyed lunch featuring pulled pork, pork sausage, fried catfish and all the sides. In addition, representatives from Volvo and Takeuchi turned out to lend their support for the event.
