Screen Machine has announced Heavy Machines Inc. as its new dealer in Georgia. The dealership will be a stocking dealer providing equipment sales, service and rental of the full Screen Machine lineup from its location in Covington, Ga.

"We're excited to partner with Heavy Machines in a market like Georgia," said Screen Machine Director of National Sales Jeff Williams. According to Williams, with Screen Machine's recent acquisition of Diamond Z, and Heavy Machines Inc. being one of Diamond Z's top dealers, adding the Screen Machine line was a natural fit for the dealership. Williams added that Screen Machine is not entirely new to the dealership, as over the span of 10 years Heavy Machines has worked with the manufacturer on special projects for its clients.

Heavy Machines has extensive experience in recycling and has developed an excellent relationship with its customers by understanding and meeting their needs. The addition of Screen Machines to Heavy Machines' line provides them with the ability to offer another level of service to existing customers involved with both wood and aggregates recycling operations, while opening up new opportunities in purely aggregate markets.

"Heavy Machines is excited to expand our territory with Screen Machine Industries," said Steve Northcross, Heavy Machines' senior vice president of sales. "Screen Machine offers an excellent product that complements all brands we offer in the Georgia market."

Established in 1972 and headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., Heavy Machines Inc. has nine locations serving the construction, forestry, recycling and port material handling markets in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee and Maine. As well as being the authorized dealer of Diamond Z and Screen Machine in Georgia, Heavy Machines also is the authorized dealer of Liebherr, LeTourneau, Link-Belt Excavators, Rotobec, Sakai and Yanmar.
