SmithCo Mfg. Inc. announced on Dec. 15, 2025, that it reached an agreement with Utility Trailer of Texas, Inc. to sell SmithCo's premium line of side dump trailers in portions of Texas.

Utility Trailer of Texas, which is headquartered in Houston, has 11 locations throughout the state.

"Customers in Texas are learning about the efficiency and safety advantages of SmithCo Side Dump Trailers" said Todd Karolczak, SmithCo's director of sales and marketing. "Utility Trailer of Texas already represents many top-level trailer brands. We are excited that their dedicated sales and service teams will now help us promote SmithCo in this growing market."

Utility Trailer of Texas holds one of the largest equipment inventories in the South, including new and used equipment, and offers long-term rentals. Its locations have full-service shops as well as a large variety of parts to minimize downtime and keep customer equipment running efficiently.
