It was a busy day for Don Schwalbach of Elderon Truck & Equipment, Wittenberg, Wis., who’d already purchased five items before looking at the Grove RT59S. Wayne Gust of Powertrain Services, Alexandria, Minn., helps keep equipment up and running on a another very cold day in Minnesota. Terry Niece of Aitkin, Minn., looks to bid on a log skidder and maybe this D6 Cat dozer. Jim Kimman of Kimman Dirt Diggers, Little Falls, Wis., is looking to pick up skid steers, wheel loaders, trailers, dozers and excavators like this John Deere 690B. Sitting in his just purchased 624G wheel loader is John Brown of Long Prairie, Minn. David McWhinney of Botneau, N.D., considers this Case 95XT to add to the front-end loader he purchased earlier in the auction.

I.R.A.Y. held a heavy construction equipment auction Dec. 3 in Foley, Minn. Bidders ignored the snowy conditions in hopes of picking up equipment from manufacturers such as Cat, John Deere, Clark and Case.
