Somerset Welding & Steel appointed Tim Davis to the position of safety coordinator. In this capacity, Davis will plan, direct and implement the organization’s safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy and accident-free work environment for its two divisions, J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers and J&J Truck Equipment.

Prior to joining Somerset Welding, Davis was owner and founder of Rock Solid Coaching, where he provided group training and one-on-one coaching for leaders from executive level to front line supervisors. Before that, he worked at Rockland Manufacturing for more than 25 years where he served most recently as manager of human resources and employee development and safety.
