The ShieldAll return roll guard is designed to restrict contact with the return idler while the belt conveyor is running. This roll guard meets OSHA requirements and is designed to allow full access for roller replacement and easy cleaning of material build up.

The UHMV slotted cage is fully adjustable for a full range of idler sizes and belt widths up to 96 in. (244 cm). Universal mounting brackets can be used with CEMA B, C, D and E idlers up to 7 in. (18 cm) diameter with either 1.5- or 6-in. (3.8 or 15 cm) drop brackets.
