Superior's sealing systems are manufactured for belt widths of 24 to 72-in. (61 to 183 cm). Installed to existing idler frames, the cartridges come in 5 or 10-in. (12.7 or 25.4 cm) widths.

Superior Industries Inc. recently displayed a solution for controlling material spillage in conveyor load and transfer zones. Known as the sealing system, these simple cartridges install into existing idler frames and help to create a tight seal between the belting and hopper skirting. Superior said material spillage is the number one cause of conveyor maintenance.
