Ted Hersey Joins Midlantic Machinery as Territory Manager

Ted Hersey has joined Midlantic Machinery as territory manager in Baltimore, Md. In his new position, Hersey is responsible for equipment sales to paving, construction and mining companies in Baltimore, Howard and Carroll counties.

“We welcome Ted to Midlantic,” said Jim McKeever, president of Midlantic Machinery. “He brings excellent experience and technical strengths to the company. We expect him to have a major impact on our customer base.”

For more than 13 years, Hersey has been selling equipment to the recycling, metal fabrication and electronic manufacturing industries. Most recently, he worked with a grinder manufacturer to provide equipment to companies that specialize in site clearing and green waste recycling. He is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Inc., a networking group for contractors and suppliers.

Midlantic Machinery has been selling and servicing heavy machinery since 1941. An exclusive dealer for Komatsu, the company has seven locations throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Midlantic Machinery also carries equipment from Bomag, LaBounty, Stanley, Terramite, and The Screen Machine.
