Terex has added B&W Equipment Co. as a new full line Terex compact equipment distributor in Fort Wayne, Ind.

“We are excited to add B&W Equipment Co. to our expanding distribution network of Terex compact equipment distributors in North America,” said Del Carver, area director, North America Compact Equipment.

Terex Construction introduced a dedicated compact equipment line in November and is now beginning distribution throughout North America. The Terex compact product line includes Terex-branded compact track loaders, featuring Posi-Track undercarriage technology, and substantial additional offerings from Terex, including compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, site dumpers, tractor loader backhoes, light towers, telehandlers, power buggies and compaction rollers.

“As new product lines have become available and fit with our customer needs, B&W has continued to grow,” said B&W President Paul Gick. “We are really excited about adding the full line of Terex compact equipment. We see the addition of the Terex compact product line to our attachments and other construction equipment as a great way to serve our customers needs even better.”

With more than 45 unique product models, the Terex compact equipment line offers a wide range of compact equipment, giving contractors numerous options for their equipment investment.

Along with offering a full line of Terex compact products, B&W staffs a full service shop to handle anything from small repairs to the total unit reconditioning. The company also is a full service rental store and owns four service trucks, each with certified mechanics to handle all road repairs.

Customers who purchase Terex equipment from B&W will have a multitude of financing options with Terex. Terex Financial Services offers a wide range of effective finance and leasing solutions, structured to complement customers’ cash flow and budgets. The Terex Financial Services team assists in all areas of asset management, from the analysis of future equipment values through the disposal of used equipment.

B & W, which started as a Link Belt OEM crane dealer, has been in business since 1960. For the last 20 years B&W has been selling skid steers, mini excavators and large excavators, along with other products. B&W has been a distributor of ASV compact track loaders since 2004. Today B&W has a staff of 30 employees and three buildings located in Fort Wayne, Ind., to service customer needs on OEM, used, aftermarket and refurbished parts.

“We look forward to a long lasting relationship with Terex and to serving and meeting all of our new Terex customers,” said Gick.

Gick and Jack France are the co-owners of B&W equipment.
