Terramac Appoints General Manager

Terramac , a manufacturer of rubber track crawler carriers, has announced the appointment of Joseph Nota to the position of general manager of operations at the company’s facility in Elburn, Ill. Nota will oversee business strategies and growth initiatives and will be responsible for plant production, personnel and sales.

A seasoned executive, Nota joins Terramac from Caterpillar Inc., where he served as a sales coverage consultant, developing and implementing recommendations leveraging dealer best practices and establishing operating protocols to assist in enhancing dealership capabilities.

Nota’s professional experience includes nearly 30 years in sales and business development, management and operations.

“Joseph’s industry knowledge, combined with his operational and strategic experience, will be instrumental to our company’s future success,” said Mike Crimaldi, CEO of Terramac LLC. “Under his leadership, Terramac will continue to focus on delivering the highest performance and most reliable solutions to our customers.”

Nota said the general manager position at Terramac fits well with his strengths and he shares his new team’s passion for the business and the innovative equipment the company produces.
