Terramac, a manufacturer of rubber track crawler carriers, expanded its representation in the North American market to include Vantage Equipment as part of its dealer network. Vantage Equipment will represent the versatile Terramac product line in New York.

"Vantage Equipment has historically been a leading provider of rubber-tired articulated trucks, but more of our customers are requiring machines that can work on environmentally sensitive job sites," said Todd Kaley, vice president of sales at Vantage Equipment. "We have already rented Terramac carriers to a few contractors and are very pleased with the feedback. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch products and support and we're excited to represent Terramac to meet our customers' needs."

Vantage Equipment will offer the Terramac RT6, RT9, RT14 and RT14R crawler carriers to serve the environmental and general construction industries. In addition to Terramac's three standard options — convertible dump-to-flat beds, rock dump beds and flatbeds — Vantage Equipment will offer Terramac units customized with support attachments such as hydroseeding units, vacuum excavators and cranes. With the addition of the versatile Terramac product line, Vantage Equipment plans to expand into other markets including drilling and utility.

The team at Vantage Equipment will provide sales, rental and aftermarket support on the Terramac product line across three branch locations in Upstate New York. Vantage Equipment's representatives will deliver timely service and their parts and service technicians are equipped with modern technology to ensure machines are maintained at the highest standard, according to the company.

"Vantage Equipment has an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction through their extensive sales and aftermarket support programs," said Jesse Whittaker, director of business development at Terramac. "We're excited about the professional reputation they bring to strategic markets in the region and are certain they will be a positive addition to our growing dealer network."
