Hi-Way Equipment Company Inc., of Houston, Texas, added Rich Hill to the staff as industrial product sales/support representative.

Vice President and General Manager of Hi-Way Dan Blade made the selection because of Hill’s more than 20 years of experience as a manager within the environmental cleaning equipment industry.

In addition, Blade had previous working experience with Hill.

“Rich has one of the best work ethics I know,” Blade said. “He has been out in the market helping all types of customers with all types of problems.”

Hill’s diversified industrial background and hands-on technical leadership approach helped him in troubleshooting, designing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

During his 20-year career, he progressed from working as welder, assembler, mechanic, supervisor, and service manager to becoming operations manager.

Hi-way coordinated Hill’s hiring with the addition of the company’s VacAll Industries product line.

The move strengthened the service support department’s offerings for all vacuum truck owners with on-hand inventory of parts and accessories for the company’s customer base.

VacAll was formally marketed as Clean Earth in the industrial and municipal markets.

“Rich will definitely be an asset to our customers and the service area of Southeast Texas,” Blade said.
