U.S. Concrete Inc. has announced that it has acquired the assets of Lafarge Aggregates Southeast’s Hamburg Quarry, located in Hamburg, NJ.
The Hamburg Quarry provides construction aggregates to commercial, residential and public works projects primarily in Northern New Jersey and Orange County, NY. Annual production at the facility is approximately 1 million tons of aggregates, and the quarry is estimated to have approximately 46 million tons of remaining mineral reserves. No terms were disclosed.
