The Caterpillar 259B is a compact track loader designed for material handling, grading, site preparation, and general construction work. It features a vertical lift design, rubber track undercarriage, and a compact frame for operation in confined spaces and on soft or uneven ground. The 259B is commonly used with buckets, forks, grapples, and other hydraulic attachments. Caterpillar built the model for maneuverability, traction, and stability in demanding jobsite conditions. It is part of Caterpillar's compact track loader lineup and is used in landscaping, agriculture, utility work, and light-to-medium construction applications.
