The Caterpillar 299D3 is a compact track loader designed for grading, material handling, site preparation, and attachment work in construction, landscaping, agriculture, and utility applications. It features a vertical lift design, high flotation undercarriage, and rubber tracks for improved traction and reduced ground disturbance on soft or uneven terrain. The 299D3 is commonly equipped with a turbocharged diesel engine, hydraulic attachment capability, and a sealed, pressurized cab option for operator comfort.
