This was the flag-ship of Ground Heater fleet., Because of the size this unit will take the place of multiple ground heaters for those large projects., Contractors, you, now do not need to be delayed because of cold temperatures., You can now excavate or pour and cure your concrete without costly delays.

Unit comes with built-in diesel generator or will run on 120 volt power. This unit is mounted on a triple axle towing trailer so that it can be easily moved and stored.

The Model V-60 Ground Heater™ thaws frozen ground, cures concrete at ambient temperatures below 55ºF, heats cold ground and provides temporary heat during construction.

The V60 Ground Heater™ is equipped with 6000 lf of 5/8 inch (16 mm) I.D. Ground Heaters™ Heat Transfer Hose (HTH). The HTH radiates and conducts heat directly to the application area. The diesel fired burner heats the HTF to 185ºF. The HTF is continuously circulated through the HTH in a vented closed-loop system.



The V60 Ground Heater™ will:

• Thaw up to 12,000 sq.ft. of frozen ground per application.

• Cure all types of concrete placements, including slabs on grade, elevated slabs, tilt-up walls, poured walls, columns, footings, bridge decks, etc… up to 12,000 sq.ft. per application.

• Prevent up to 24,000 sq.ft. of ground from freezing .

• Prevent frost from penetrating beneath newly poured footings.

• Provide temporary heat during construction for up to 20,000 sq.ft. of building space.
