Vantage Equipment Announces Three Personnel Appointments

Vantage Equipment, Upstate New York’s newest construction equipment dealer, has announced the following personnel appointments.

Walt Vosbrink has been named territory sales manager. He will be working with Vantage customers in the four counties of Albany, Schoharie, Delaware and Otsego.

Vosbrink has more than 23 years of experience in heavy equipment sales and service in eastern New York State. Prior to working in equipment distribution, Vosbrink worked as an equipment operator.

Ann Jackson has been appointed municipal sales manager.

She has been with Vantage Equipment and LB Smith for five years as a territory sales manager in Central New York. She has held various other positions in the industry since 1986.

In her new position, she will be working with municipalities and other government entities across New York State in meeting their equipment needs. Jackson will work with Vantage territory sales managers and directly with municipalities in Central New York.

Jim Strigle is Vantage’s new product support development manager.

Strigle will be responsible for developing Vantage Equipment’s product support capabilities through new PM programs, customer training, and expanded service capabilities.

He has more than 26 years of construction experience and has held similar positions at other heavy equipment dealerships in Upstate New York and eastern Pennsylvania.

Vantage sells, rents and services Volvo, Gradall, Bomag/Hypac, Rogers, Dynapac and BTI equipment.
