Scott Wagner has been appointed to manager of product support for Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico, and El Paso, TX.
He will oversee Wagner’s product support operations including two sales managers, 17 sales representatives, a hydraulics specialist and three support representatives.
This group provides counseling, training and expertise to Wagner’s customers in the field and acts as liaison to service shops.
Product support strategy has been a major growth area over the past several years for Wagner and it is expected to steadily gain momentum.
Scott will manage out of Wagner headquarters in Aurora, CO.
Scott has grown up in the business and has worked in numerous areas of the Wagner organization, including serving as a branch and regional manager of Wagner Rents, the small machine sales and rental division of Wagner.
