The Washington D.C. Fox News Affliate is reporting that emergency crews are at the scene of what D.C. Fire and EMS is calling a "catastrophic collapse" of a four-story parking garage at the Watergate complex.

D.C. Fire and EMS spokesman Tim Wilson says the structure collapsed around 10 a.m. The collapse may be construction-related, according to Wilson.

D.C. Fire and EMS sources also told FOX 5 one car had been completely crushed.
