West Side Tractor Sales recently made a series of personnel additions.

Jen Snow joined West Side Tractor Sales as HR manager in October of 2011. She will be working with all ten West Side locations on a variety of HR initiatives, such as training, employee relations, performance management, benefits, hiring and compliance.

Lauren Coffaro became marketing manager in February 2012. Coffaro will be working on communications and sales strategy for West Side, incorporating marketing, advertising, PR, special events and social media efforts.

Fred Barrett is a sales representative at the Indianapolis, Ind., location. Barrett will be responsible for new and used construction equipment, attachments and trailers in 10 counties west of Indianapolis to the Illinois border.

A seasoned professional with more than 12 years in sales experience, Barrett has joined the West Side team with extensive knowledge in construction equipment and attachments. Prior to sales, Barrett was a heavy machinery operator for five years which contributed to his firsthand knowledge of construction equipment.

Neal Hall also has joined the Indianapolis, Ind., location as a sales representative. Hall will be serving 11 counties in eastern Indiana in new and used construction equipment, attachments and trailers. Hall has 15-plus years in construction equipment sales.

Curt Pattengale has been added to the Lafayette, Ind., location as a sales representative. Pattengale will be responsible for new and used skid steers, compact excavators, compact track loaders, attachments, trailers and commercial mowing equipment and accessories in the counties surrounding Lafayette, Ind. Pattengale has more than eight years of experience in the construction industry as a technician and salesman.
