Wilkerson Crane Rental announced Dec. 12, 2025, the acquisition of Gilmore Crane Corporation in Topeka, Kan., from DM Gary Holding Company, following authorization by the company's board of directors — Diana Holt (board chair) and Jeff Holt (board member).
This strategic acquisition enhances Wilkerson's presence throughout Kansas and reinforces its commitment to serving clients across the region with comprehensive crane and lifting solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Wilkerson's in-state capabilities, adding equipment, facilities and personnel to support growing demand in commercial construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Gilmore Crane Corporation's long-standing reputation in the Topeka market and established client base will integrate seamlessly with Wilkerson's existing operations.
