Concentrating on key issues of a challenging marketplace, the service managers from all 30 ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. branches gathered Feb. 20 at ALL headquarters for their annual meeting.
The service managers heard presentations from various company divisions as well as from major suppliers. The yearly meeting provides a forum for important company issues and cements the ALL Family of Companies’ identity, partnership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
This year’s meeting focused on customer service and support, inventory management, warranty issues, and updates as they relate to U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. The managers also listened to presentations from major crane manufacturers and a major engine manufacturer.
