ALL Hosts Service Managers’ Meeting in Cleveland, Ohio

Concentrating on key issues of a challenging marketplace, the service managers from all 30 ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. branches gathered Feb. 20 at ALL headquarters for their annual meeting.

The service managers heard presentations from various company divisions as well as from major suppliers. The yearly meeting provides a forum for important company issues and cements the ALL Family of Companies’ identity, partnership, and commitment to continuous improvement.

This year’s meeting focused on customer service and support, inventory management, warranty issues, and updates as they relate to U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. The managers also listened to presentations from major crane manufacturers and a major engine manufacturer.

Michael Liptak, ALL president, said, “Our service mission has always been to control costs by paying careful attention to details, documentation, and regulations. We will continue to invest in equipment, people, and our properties to better serve our customers. These yearly face-to-face meetings help us accomplish these goals as a family of companies by facilitating interaction and a shared attention to mutual growth.”
