Ascendum Machinery, the largest Volvo Construction Equipment dealer in the United States, announced Oct. 6, 2026, it has acquired Reynolds-Warren Equipment Co., a Georgia distributor of asphalt paving, road construction, compaction, pavement preservation and municipal equipment since 1977. The acquisition expands Ascendum's Georgia operations and strengthens its ability to support asphalt paving contractors with wider service coverage, greater parts availability and a larger, more diverse rental fleet.

The acquisition also makes Ascendum the largest LeeBoy dealer in the United States, extending its LeeBoy territory from North Carolina and South Carolina into Georgia.

For nearly 50 years, Reynolds-Warren has built specialized expertise in paving, compaction and pavement maintenance, representing brands including LeeBoy, Cementech, Crafco, Falcon and Energreen. It also has built long-standing relationships with contractors, cities, counties and state agencies. All 35 Reynolds-Warren employees will join Ascendum, and Brian Meissen, president of Reynolds-Warren, will serve as general manager of Reynolds-Warren and director of Ascendum's Road Products Division.

With the acquisition, Ascendum now serves Georgia contractors from five locations. Reynolds- Warren's Lake City (Atlanta) branch will add Volvo Construction Equipment sales and service; its Valdosta branch will continue to operate; and the two companies will combine their Richmond Hill (Savannah) facilities into one. Ascendum's existing Buford and Macon branches will begin offering sales and service for the paving, compaction and pavement preservation lines Reynolds-Warren carries.

Customers can continue working with their current contacts while gaining access to a broader team of experienced professionals who understand their equipment, their industry and the challenges they face every day.

“More locations and more people close to the job mean more uptime for the contractors we serve,” said Grant Adams, president and CEO of Ascendum Machinery. “Reynolds-Warren has earned an outstanding reputation in Georgia over nearly 50 years by putting customers first and developing deep expertise in the asphalt paving industry. We're honored to have Brian and his team join us, and we're building on what they've established while giving customers access to the broader resources and capabilities of Ascendum.”

Ascendum also expects to leverage Reynolds-Warren's paving, compaction and pavement maintenance knowledge to strengthen its support for paving contractors in North Carolina, South Carolina and East Tennessee.

“For nearly 50 years, Reynolds-Warren Equipment has built its reputation on one simple principle: take care of our customers,” said Meissen. “Joining Ascendum Machinery is an exciting next chapter in that history. We're combining the relationships, industry knowledge and customer-first culture we've built with the resources, scale and capabilities of Ascendum. We are not changing what has made Reynolds-Warren successful. We are building on it.”

“As a proud manufacturing partner of both organizations, LeeBoy fully supports Ascendum Machinery's acquisition of Reynolds-Warren Equipment and the immense value this unified team brings to our shared customers,” said Shannon Seymour, president and CEO, LeeBoy. “This strategic alignment seamlessly pairs Reynolds-Warren's deep regional expertise in Georgia with Ascendum's extensive infrastructure in the Carolinas to provide contractors with unparalleled parts availability and maximized machine uptime. We look forward to continuing our long history with both teams as they combine their complementary strengths to elevate the standard of customer care for LeeBoy equipment.”
