Bobcat Company, a business unit of Ingersoll-Rand, has announced four more models in its next-generation G-series product line — the Bobcat 751, 753, 763 and 963 skid steer loaders.

Bobcat G-series loaders feature a new cab and instrumentation design that enhances visibility and operator comfort and improves performance. The new loaders also offer value-added options such as deluxe instrumentation and dual-mode auxiliary hydraulics.

Bobcat 751 and 753 G-Series Models

The Bobcat 751 G-series skid steer loader has a compact machine frame, providing greater maneuverability with a turning radius of just 2 meters (6 ft.) Its 567-kilogram (1,250 lb.) rated operating capacity and 28-kilowatt (38 hp) Kubota diesel engine handle a wide variety of job-site functions, including trenching, landscaping, loading and hauling. Its affordable price makes the Bobcat 751 an ideal loader for first-time and cost-conscious buyers.

Balancing power with maneuverability, the 753 G-series features a 32-kilowatt (43.5 hp) liquid-cooled diesel engine and a 612-kilogram (1,350 lb.) rated operating capacity. Both the 751 and 753 G-series loaders operate seven different bucket styles and more than 30 other attachments.

Bobcat 763 G-Series Loader

With a 34-kilowatt (46 hp) diesel engine and a rated operating capacity of 680 kilograms (1,500 lbs.), the Bobcat 763 G-series loader produces greater traction and breakout forces for excavating and handling heavier loads. A long wheelbase helps provide its operators with a smooth ride.

The 763 has a standard 57 liters per minute (15 gpm) hydraulic pump for improved attachment performance. The loader also can be equipped with a factory-installed, high-flow option package to run attachments that require auxiliary hydraulics flow, including the Bobcat planer, wheel saw and trencher. With the increased hydraulic flow of 95 liters per minute (25 gpm) and 1,361 kilograms (3,000 lbs.) per square inch pressure, attachments such as the tiller and auger also operate more efficiently.

Bobcat 963 G-Series Skid Steer

Designed for heavy-duty performance and productivity, the Bobcat 963 G-series has improved front and rear-corner visibility and increased front clearance for tilt and auxiliary tube lines.

The 963 G-series features a 1,361-kilogram (3,000 lb.) rated operating capacity, 78-kilogram (105 hp) diesel engine and 325-centimeter (128 in.) lift height. It also has several enhancements to improve service access, including rear-side panels for access to internal systems and a new charge valve and steering system for more service room under the cab. A temperature-sensitive, two-speed hydraulic cooling fan motor reduces sound levels in job applications that do not require maximum cooling.

New Models Increase Operator Comfort

Based on input from skid steer loader users around the globe, the G-series was designed to be even more operator-friendly and enhance operator efficiency. Bobcat G-series cab enhancements include a new rear-pivot seat bar that offers more room for larger operators and more armrest support; an optional contoured cab door that increases visibility and maximizes cab space; a larger cab opening for easy entry and exit; and a high-efficiency heating and air conditioning system with four directional-flow vents that rotate to direct heat and cool air where it is most needed. (Air conditioning available on selected models only.)

The optional deluxe instrument panel includes a variety of features, including a keyless start security system, several monitoring and diagnostic capabilities, system shutdown protection and help menus with multi-language support.
